Understanding Anger

We know that there are three primary colors, and all other colors are derived from a combination of these three. In addition, it was stated that there are four basic emotions and all the other emotions are derived from the last four. MAD, SAD, SCARED and GLAD there are four basic emotions.

So Mad or anger is a normal primary emotions. Anger is not bad. It's just a signal that tells us we are faced with a loss or threat, which means that we should care about something quickly.

Anger can be caused by things that happen around us and within us.

External causes of anger:

o physical attacks (someone threaten or attack you, your family, properties, etc.)
o Emotional attacks such as insulting and put downs.
o reviews which we consider to be unfair.
o loss of members or relationship, or something that is important to us.

Internal events that cause anger:

o Memory or are thinking about past events where we felt we were unfair.
o Loss of a loved one, our health and mental and/or physical abilities.
o Anger from the past that have never been resolved, which scientists now stress.

Anger is the physical and psychological reactions.Physically, the adrenaline rush "fight or flight" in my legs and flooding of the nervous system, leading to possible feeling racing pounding heart rhythm disorders, dry mouth, rinse with cold hands shaking, abdominal distress, fury, that seems to take over the body like a wave. Psychologically, we perceive themselves to be victims, fallen, powerless, and we shall be entitled to seek revenge and/or justice.

Without a doubt, anger-force that cannot be ignored. How we treat anger found out when we are young. There are three main types of responses to be angry. Two destructive ways of handling anger suppressed anger and explosive anger. in contrast, a thoughtful response to anger is healthy and desirable.

Some families do not allow for the expression of anger. They teach children, it is an expression of anger bad, selfish, etc. children are educated in house developed the suppressed anger angry intolerance.Because anger energy is not accepted for external, the child learns how to suppress anger inside.Water provides an excellent analogy for anger. water is essential for life. When it is properly routed through pipelines and pipe it sustains life, allowing us to drink, Cook, swimming, etc. But when water is wrong, it causes great damage to the suppressed anger. water equivalent is undetected water leakage from pipes that are beyond the walls of water that creates. mould and damages the support structures. Similarly, the suppressed anger hurting yourself. This leads to guilt, depression, poor self esteem and passive aggressive behavior (for example, to get back to someone via passive aggressive funds).

Explosive anger or anger expression which has no control over is taught in homes where there are few restrictions on expression of anger.Families who are physically abused, yelling, cursing and minimal problems for conflicts to teach children cope with anger explosive ways. With water is a metaphor, explosive anger is portrayed as the tsunami tidal waves.Damage of uncontained water is huge and has been known to wipe a flooding etc Unlimited anger also causes great damage to soft light at it destroys relationships, jobs, etc. As it intensifies, it could lead to legal action caused by damage to people and property.

Healthy expression of anger involves learning to recognize the external and internal rage triggers your objective is to learn to

o Recognize physical sensations of anger when they begin to emerge;
o Learn techniques to calm yourself, so you can find the source of your anger and what you need to decide this question.
o look inside in order to determine whether anger from old wounds from the past.

If you suffer from the suppressed anger, psychotherapy helps you learn to speak, in a way that is safe and productive if you suffer from explosive anger therapy teaches you how to calm down, I think, and find ways to discuss your thoughts and feelings in a productive manner.
